"Shipping was quicker than I expected"
I got the email with my receipt and tracking info soon after ordering, and the package showed up faster than I thought it would. Overall, really happy with how quick the shipping was.

"Delivery took longer than expected"
I ordered a hoodie and it ended up arriving almost three weeks late. The most frustrating part was that the tracking barely changed the whole time, so I kept checking it and still had no idea where the package actually was. The hoodie itself was fine once it finally showed up, but the delivery process was annoying.

"Always Seems to Be Sold Out"
I tried to buy a shirt and a vinyl, but both were already sold out. I checked back later thinking maybe they’d restock, but still nothing. It’s frustrating, honestly. If something isn’t available, it just feels like the decent thing to do would be to make that clear instead of keeping it listed like people can actually buy it

"Easy enough to find my way around"
I popped onto the site just to look around. Ended up finding what I needed quickly, which was nice. No digging forever or clicking through a million pages. Checkout, though... a little slow. Not terrible, just one of those moments where you sit there waiting for it to move along.

"I found a few things I really liked..."
I found a few things I really liked and got kind of excited while browsing. The items are definitely cool, and I could see why people would want them. But once I added everything to my cart and saw the total, it felt a little high for what I was getting. Then shipping got added on top, and that was the moment I started second-guessing the purchase. I still like the stuff, but for me, the final price made it feel a bit less worth it.

"Tracking was a bit slow"
Tracking technically worked, but yeah... it barely updated for a few days. I kept checking and it was just sort of stuck there, so I wasn’t really sure where my order was or if it had even moved. Kind of frustrating. It did show up in the end, and everything was fine, so no big issue there. Just wish the tracking had been a little clearer along the way

"Designs didn’t really grab me"
The shirts fit fine, so no real complaint there. But i kind of judge band merch by that quick “would I wear this out?” reaction, and these designs just didn’t pass that for me. They felt plain and a little rushed, especially for Imagine Dragons. I expected something with more energy or cooler artwork.

"Box showed up beat up"
My order got here on time, so that was good, but I was in a hurry when I grabbed it and immediately noticed the box looked rough. It had a bunch of dents and one corner was crushed. Luckily the item inside was fine, but I really wish it had been packed a little better
